Phase 2: DEVELOP
My Adventure Group will design a tailored adventure program based on the needs, desired outcomes, budget, fitness levels, staff availability and appetite for adventure.
Phase 3: EXPLORE
Once the core value drivers are identified, My Adventure Group will immerse your staff in the outdoors experience while personally facilitating the program. All travel arrangements, gear, course notes are supplied by C&J Consulting. Currently, the destinations for these experiential learning adventures include:
– Everest Base Camp
– Domestic: 1 day & 2 day adventures in the Blue Mountains.
Phase 4 Debrief & follow up
The final phase of the program is a follow-up to drive home the lessons learnt and to ensure the tools learnt on the adventure are being applied in the workplace to improve productivity, team cohesion and leadership.
