BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- PAYMENT INFORMATION: A deposit of $500AUD per person is to accompany the booking form.
- Full payment of the balance due must be made on the due date, 21st February 2023, or MyAdventure Group & Business Blueprint reserve the right to cancel the arrangements made on your behalf and charge the applicable cancellation fees.
- Whilst we wish to treat cancellations sympathetically and with as much compassion on circumstances as possible, please note that our contracts are with several parties and the package has been put together with care and hours of work to ensure you are given the best possible price and inclusions for this trip. If you cancel or the trip is cancelled for whatever reason or reasons outside of our control the following terms will be put into place if funds cannot be recovered from 3rd party suppliers. Unrecovered funds and for works already completed in terms of labour and negotiations of our time.
(a) Outside of 120 days before departure – loss of deposit
(b) 120 days or less before departure 100% of price - Amendments made up to 12 weeks before departure will, if we are able to assist you with the required changes, incur an amendment fee of $50 per person plus any supplier charges and are at the discretion of MyAdventure Group & Business Blueprint.
