What We Do

Our founder, James Castrission, is a record breaking explorer who delivers keynotes at conferences around the world. We also deliver team building and adventure based leadership programs for corporate teams.

The operations team is based in Dumaguete and provides all the marketing, sales, logistics and administration support for the Australian delivery team. We are a rapidly growing team who put a big emphasis on our team culture and connection.
