I attended a presentation that James put on for the Adelaide EO chapter. It was a captivating story that really held the crowd. Cas really immerses himself in his business and creates an environment which encourages pushing your limits, teamwork and camaraderie. The little things count and MyAdventure Group got these right every time, from the welcome drinks and cold towels as you enter camp, to the cup of chai tea that Cas personally delivers to every tent each morning. Cas had me abseiling down a 25 metre waterfall on the first day, and I'm scared of heights! I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you Cas and the team at MyAdventure Group.

I was fortunate to take part in Cas’s Antarctica “teamwork” activity at the EPSA conference in Hobart. What a fantastic experience, literally one of the best things I have done!
The activity itself was a lot of fun with some great takeaways but we also got to hear and learn about Cas and Jonesy’s extraordinary experience. Their achievement in Antarctica in particular absolutely fascinated me and I was awed by their amazing resilience and determination. This resonated deeply with me as a long term cancer patient who has endured much over the years in order to survive.
Despite my challenges I’m not sure I could have survived what they went through but it has inspired me to keep up the fight and never give up.

Wow, what a fabulous experience! My family and I recently had the pleasure of attending a retreat with James and his team from My Adventure Group. I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with My Adventure Group recently as a part of the Business Blueprint Elite Retreat. Everything was was so well organised and run, wonderful activities provided (I did abseiling), everything was safe and the level of comfort was outstanding! Spending a couple of nights in the Blue Mountains with James Castrission and the MY Adventure Group team was nothing short of magical!

The team was incredibly helpful and went over and above in making us comfortable and keeping us nourished. Doing canyoning and abseiling for the first time, it was exhilarating. At the retreat we were taken on a full day trek around the Grand Canyon. Our guide Dylan was very informative and engaging, with his intriguing stories and informative answers to our questions.

Geocon Group held its annual Senior Leadership Retreat in the Blue Mountains with James Castrission & MyAdventure Group recently.

It was an incredible and truly life changing experience for all. We glamped, we hiked, we went canyoning and we abseiled down a 30 metre waterfall (to name a few highlights).

It's safe to say our vulnerability and comfort levels were stretched to their limits and as a result we are stronger as a team and as individuals!

From start to finish the past 3 days have been beyond my wildest expectations. The camp was nothing short of a VIP experience, listening to Cas’s experiences and watching the videos of his Antarctic journey was very emotional. Taking on his mindset the next day during my abseiling and canyoning adventure at the Serendipity Canon really helped me push through on what was a very tough mindset challenge… especially given my fear of heights! . I can’t believe what I achieved, my husband and kids definitely won’t believe I was the first one to abseil down a 22m waterfall so can’t wait for the video proof. Thank you to My Adventure Group and Dual Australia for this once in a lifetime adventure.

I remember following Cas and Jonesy’s ditch crossing in 2008 and it was an incredible feat of physical, mental and emotional endurance for them.
