Black curtain behind stage is a MUST!
The number of times I’ve been guest speaking at corporate lunches or conferences, where a few cents have been saved on the staging. Don’t do it! If you are investing the time, energy and expense into having your team away from the office, make sure that you’ve done everything possible to maximise the effectiveness of what is being presented on stage.
A simple curtain behind the stage jazz’s up the professionalism and helps the audience focus on the speaker. Having bright green exit signs, venue access doors and busy wallpaper behind speakers is.. um… average. Pay for the black curtain. And put your presenters up on a stage so that your audience can see them properly!
